About the Role

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, explain Zoomies products and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and connect with potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Explain Zoomies products, offers and benefits clearly.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Handle basic customer questions and objections.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Share customer feedback with the team.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic sales and customer-handling skills.
• Good Hindi and English communication.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers can apply; experience in inside sales, telecalling or customer support is a plus.
• Minimum qualification should be graduation.
