Compensation: $54,000–$60,000 base salary + commission

Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview

My Client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in HVAC, automotive, appliances, machinery, equipment, or parts who enjoys working with customers and wants to build a career in sales.

You will be responsible for managing an assigned customer base, developing new business, and working with existing customers to identify their needs and recommend the right products and solutions. You’ll work with an established internal database of customers and prospects, giving you the tools and resources needed to be successful.

This is a salary + commission opportunity with strong potential for career growth. Candidates with hands-on industry experience, including field service professionals looking to transition into an inside sales role , are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

• Make daily outbound calls and respond to inbound customer inquiries
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base
• Work with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts and products
• Prepare quotes and process sales orders
• Follow up with customers and prospects to close sales
• Promote products and services to both new and existing accounts
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the company database
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to meet sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, team meetings, and professional development

What We’re Looking For

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or industry-related experience
• Experience in HVAC, automotive, appliances, machinery, equipment, manufacturing, or parts is highly preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers by phone and email
• Ability to learn technical products and understand customer needs
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales career
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Previous parts sales experience is a plus, but not required
