Community Broadband Networks (CBN) is a fast-growing internet provider bringing affordable, reliable high-speed internet to communities across New York. We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Islandia office.
If you enjoy talking with people, helping customers find solutions, and earning commissions based on your performance, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do

• Answer inbound calls from potential customers interested in CBN internet services
• Make outbound calls to leads and prospective customers
• Explain CBN internet products, pricing, promotions, and service options
• Help customers select the best internet package for their needs
• Enter customer information accurately into company systems
• Schedule installation appointments
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Work closely with our operations and customer support teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous sales, retail, call center, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls
• Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Exceptional customer service problem-solving skills to address client concerns promptly and effectively
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a high-energy environment
