The Role

This is inside sales where the product is talent. From the phone and your desk, you'll develop new business with hiring decision-makers, build candidate pipelines, and guide people through career moves that matter, all inside a collaborative, high-performance team.

• Prospect and connect with decision-makers through outbound calls, strategic outreach, and referrals
• Build strong candidate pipelines through smart sourcing and real conversations
• Interview to assess skill set, track record, and fit
• Present opportunities as career moves, not just open jobs
• Manage expectations on both sides and close placements that earn repeat business

You'll Do Well Here If You

• Have 2+ years in inside sales, recruiting, or a high-performance customer-facing role
• Are comfortable on the phone and energized by high-volume outreach
• Are competitive, coachable, and self-driven
• Earn trust quickly and build relationships naturally
• Like activity, metrics, and results you can measure

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates within 5 hours of the Twin Cities.
