Desired Profile:

• Understanding of B2B lead generation campaign, customer focused and basic telephone etiquettes.
• Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills.
• Cold Callings and Handling Customer queries.
• Regular follow ups with the existing and prospective clients and maintains data.
• Coordination of back end support work to Sales and Marketing team
• Initiate and optimize tele outbound driven nurture activities as well as inbound coverage.
• After-sale support and send reports to managers.
• MIS Reporting.

Key Skills:

• Self-motivated personality and driven to plan and execute sales generation, must have Go Setter attitude.
• Excellent communication – ENGLISH
• Power Point Presentation & Basic/Advance Excel knowledge
• Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
• Able to build good working relationships across all levels.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of Sales and Marketing including basic selling principles and solution selling methods.
