Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary
The Inside Sales position interacts with our customers by phone, email and fax to help them with their plumbing material needs. This person will communicate with the customer to enter their material orders, help them find and secure non-stock items and provide product information when needed.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, fax and email.
• Assist customers with product orders, material bids and pricing.
• Provide pricing and availability for material bids requested by customers
• Enter customer material orders into order entry system for processing
• Communicate with customers, warehouse team and vendors to ensure customer's needs are met
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of plumbing parts and equipment preferred but not required
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Sales / Order entry experience preferred
