Inside Sales Representative

J. Frank Schmidt & Son Co., a leading provider of shade and flowering trees in North America, is seeking an experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales Team at our headquarters in Boring, Oregon. This is a full-time position offering excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement. Key Responsibilities:

• Actively sell our full product line of trees to current and prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Team toward achieving sales goals.
• Support Outside Sales Representatives to ensure daily productivity and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while providing a high level of service and communication.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to support sales goals and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the green industry, preferably with bare root trees.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Inside and Outside Sales Representatives.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week; additional hours may be required during peak seasons.
