Inside Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

The ideal candidate will handle incoming phone calls, assist customers with product and service inquiries, generate sales over the phone, prepare quotes, and support our outside sales team with daily sales activities.

Duties

• • Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally.
• • Generate sales and follow up with customers by phone and email.
• • Prepare quotes, process orders, and provide product information.
• • Support outside sales representatives with customer follow-ups and sales coordination.
• • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
• • Assist with general sales administration and order tracking.
• • Assist the warehouse team with daily tasks as needed, including organizing inventory and coordinating orders.

Experience

• -Strong communication and customer service skills.
• • Comfortable making and receiving sales calls.
• • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• • Basic computer skills and proficiency with email.
• • Previous inside sales or customer service experience preferred.
• • Experience in construction, traffic control, or the sign industry is a plus.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
