Inside Sales Representative

Only Alpha Pool Products is a manufacturer of Highly Customizable Performance Building Materials used for the construction and installation of inground swimming pools.

Only Alpha is looking for an organized, motivated, detail-oriented and customer focused individual to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate would be dependable, offer exceptional customer service, able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers in order to obtain information needed to create price quotes/orders
• Communicating with our design team in order to create pool layout drawings
• Creating price quotes
• Creating and accurately entering sales orders
• Answering phone calls as needed
• Building relationships with and understanding the needs of customers
• General sales responsibilities
• Assisting in any other tasks that may be needed in order to maintain optimal customer service
