Brookside Lawn Service is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and drive sales.

This isn't a sit-back-and-wait sales role. You'll be connecting with homeowners, responding to incoming leads, following up on open opportunities, winning back past customers, and helping existing customers discover additional services that can make their lawns even better.

What You'll Be Doing

• Turn incoming leads into new customers by responding quickly and confidently
• Talk with homeowners about their lawn concerns and recommend the right services
• Prepare quotes and clearly communicate the value of Brookside's lawn care programs
• Follow up, follow up, follow up — work estimates, unsold leads, and open opportunities
• Reconnect with past and cancelled customers and work to earn their business back
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional lawn care services
• Handle objections, answer questions, and confidently ask for the sale
• Build relationships with customers that encourage retention and referrals
• Keep your sales pipeline organized and stay on top of follow-up opportunities
• Accurately track calls, quotes, customer information, and sales activity in our CRM
• Work closely with our customer service and operations teams to ensure a great customer experience

Previous experience in inside sales, phone sales, home services, lawn care, pest control, account management, or customer service with a sales focus is a plus.
