We don't expect you to figure everything out on your own. We provide the training, tools, resources, and ongoing support you need to confidently represent our company, navigate the sales process, and close deals.

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and highly driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Houston office.

Although this is an 8–5 position, we are looking for so much more than someone who simply shows up, answers the phone, and collects a paycheck. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their success, understands the value of hard work, and is willing to go above and beyond to produce results.

100% OF YOUR LEADS ARE PROVIDED! Our company generates leads through multiple channels, giving you consistent opportunities to connect with potential customers and close business.

However, we also LOVE self-starters! If you have the drive to get out there, build relationships, network, and generate your own business, YOU WILL EARN A HIGHER COMMISSION ON SELF-GENERATED LEADS!

We want someone who genuinely believes in Elite Roofing, takes pride in representing our company, and has the confidence and communication skills to show customers why we are the BEST choice for their roofing needs.

You must be comfortable speaking with people from all walks of life, handling difficult conversations, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and turning opportunities into closed deals.

We aren't looking for average. We're looking for someone who wants to be GREAT!

Previous inside sales experience is a MUST!

Hours:

• M-F 8-5 (work outside of business hours may be required at times)

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
