Inside Sales Representative

Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support the quoting and order process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values accuracy, responsiveness, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up on quotes accurately and on time
• Process orders and coordinate with operations to meet customer needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist with pricing based on material costs and lead times
• Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules
• Support Outside Sales in growing accounts and territories

Qualifications

• Inside sales or customer service experience (manufacturing/steel preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM experience a plus
• Ability to read prints/specs is a plus
• Detail-oriented and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
