Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our offerings and identifying their needs
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms with professional courtesy
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions
• Support client onboarding processes by gathering accurate data entry and updating client information efficiently
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
• Assist in processing transactions such as cash handling when necessary, ensuring accuracy and security

Experience

• Previous call center experience or a background in customer support is highly desirable
• Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse clients
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and customer relationship management tools
• Excellent writing skills for clear documentation and client communication
• Experience in outbound calling, customer service problem-solving, and maintaining professional phone etiquette

Pay: $30,500.00 - $35,360.00 per year
