What You'll Be Doing

• Connecting with interested homeowners by phone
• Building trust and delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Asking thoughtful questions to understand customer needs
• Explaining our process and scheduling design consultations
• Handling objections with professionalism, confidence, and empathy
• Maintaining accurate customer information in our CRM system
• Achieving performance goals and celebrating success with your team
