Compensation & Earning Potential

• Base Pay: $16.90 per hour + Uncapped Commission
• Average First-Year Earnings: $80,000+
• Top Performers: $120,000+ annually

What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with warm, qualified leads who have expressed interest in tax relief services.
• Understanding each client's tax situation and identifying how our services may help.
• Explaining our tax relief programs and guiding clients through the enrollment process.
• Building trust with clients while providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Following up with interested prospects and closing sales.
• Meeting and exceeding individual sales goals to maximize commissions and bonuses.
