We're looking for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Vaughan team.

Position Summary:
As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their HVAC product needs. You’ll provide knowledgeable recommendations, handle inquiries, and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Mandarin-speaking applicants are required to support our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with HVAC product inquiries, orders, and returns.
• Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs.
• Process sales transactions, invoices, and orders through our POS system.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory availability.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked sales counter area.
• Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and product organization.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Keep up-to-date with new product offerings and HVAC industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Language: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HVAC products or a willingness to learn.
• Other: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
