Inside Sales Representative

DePasquale Salon Systems, located in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines inside sales responsibilities and customer support. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with customers, generating new business through outbound calls and supporting existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services
• Follow up with leads and identify new sales opportunities
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person
• Process orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately
• Support the sales team with account management and order follow-ups
• Maintain organized customer records in the CRM or internal systems
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals
