Inside Sales Representative

CP Building Supply is expanding our inside sales team! We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative to assist customers, manage orders, and support our growing client base. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for contractors and retail customers, guiding them through product selection and order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with product inquiries, order placement, and project needs.
• Provide accurate pricing, quotes, and delivery timelines for building materials.
• Navigate internal inventory and sales databases to process orders efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience: Experience in the building, construction, lumber, or building materials industry is preferred.
• Training: We are fully willing to train the right applicant who possesses a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are preferred.
• Technical: Basic computer literacy and comfort navigating software systems are preferred.
