Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Understand customer shipping requirements and offer suitable freight forwarding solutions.
• Negotiate rates in coordination with the pricing team to ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and long-term business.
• Deliver sales presentations and explain company services effectively.
• Update CRM, maintain sales records, and generate performance reports.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduate any industry
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inside sales.
• Freshers are also welcome.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of international shipping and logistics.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
