Job Title: Sales Representative/Business Development Associate/Sales Associate

Experience Required: 6 months-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or related roles

Job Module: Work From Home (6 days working)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with webinar leads and understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
• Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs & close deals confidently by aligning solutions.
• Handle objections confidently to help prospects make informed decisions.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships relationships with prospects through consultative and personalized conversations.
• Keep detailed documentation of sales data.

Skills & Qualifications Required

• 6 months-5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Telecalling, or related roles.
• Experience in B2C sales, Inside Sales, EdTech, coaching, courses, or other high-ticket products/services is preferred.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of closing sales over call.
• Ability to engage, listen, and influence people effectively
• Ambitious, money-minded individual who does not want to be counted as average.
