Who We're Looking For

• Good communication skills in English ，Bahasa Malaysia.
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
• Willing to make cold calls and handle customer objections professionally.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve.
• Previous experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, or Customer Service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Job Requirements

• SPM or above, no experience required, fresh graduates welcome
• Good communication skills; proficiency in English/Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage
• Outgoing personality, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
• Prior telesales/sales experience is a plus but not required — full training provided
• The right mindset matters most! Willing to learn and goal-driven

Working Hours
Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm (Weekends off!)
