Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and web requests with current and potential customers from around the world.
• Following up on sales leads that are generated by current sales lists, inbound calls, and website requests.
• Generating new and repeat sales by recommending appropriate products, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Being customer-focused, professional, and courteous.
• Following through with each sale from the beginning to the end, including regular follow-ups.
• Maintaining current customer files.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of customer service or inside sales experience
• Command of the English language, both oral & written
• Computer proficiency in Windows, Internet, Word, Outlook/Email, Web Applications, etc.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic math skills
• Ability to multi-task with attention to detail
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and dependability/stability a must
