About Grest

Grest is looking for a result-oriented D2C Sales Executive who can turn online enquiries into successful sales and drive revenue growth in the refurbished electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Handle inbound and outbound calls, website enquiries, WhatsApp leads, and social media leads.

🔹 Convert customer enquiries into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

🔹 Manage lead follow-ups, negotiations, and the complete sales cycle.

🔹 Recommend suitable refurbished smartphones based on customer needs and budget.

🔹 Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business opportunities.

🔹 Maintain sales pipelines, customer records, and conversion reports.

🔹 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 6 months to 1 years of experience in D2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, or E-commerce Sales.

✅ Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

✅ Strong lead conversion and customer follow-up abilities.

✅ A target-driven mindset with ownership of sales performance.

✅ Experience in smartphones, consumer electronics, refurbished products, or retail sales will be an advantage.
