Inside Sales Representative

HVAC X Supply is an HVAC wholesale distributor with branches in Mississauga and Vaughan, Ontario. We're hiring a Counter Sales Representative for our Vaughan branch.

You'll be the first person our contractor customers deal with, so we want someone friendly, calm and eager to learn the products.

Location: 21 Bradwick Drive, Concord, Ontario (our Vaughan branch), in person

Job type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Pay: $21 to $22 per hour

What you'll do

• Help contractors at the counter with orders and returns, in person and by phone.

• Run sales through our point-of-sale (POS) system.

• Coordinate with the warehouse so orders are accurate and on time.

• Keep the counter clean, organized and stocked.

What you need

• Fluent English.

• Comfort using a POS system.

• Solid basic math.

• Patience and a calm attitude with contractors who are in a rush.

Nice to have

• Mandarin is preferred.

• Cantonese is a plus.

• 1 year of retail sales experience.

• 1 year of customer service experience.

• 1 year of HVAC experience. If you don't have it, we'll train you.
