About Us

Boxes of Houston is a wholesale distributor specializing in packaging, shipping, office, and restaurant supplies. We are looking for a hardworking, personable, and dependable Inside Sales Representative who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to a growing business.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers with product questions, pricing, and purchases.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare accurate quotes and follow up with customers on pending quotes, leads, and sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Return calls promptly and proactively check in with customers.
• Learn our products, pricing, and inventory to help customers find the right solutions.
• Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate orders and product availability.
• Maintain organized customer records and a professional sales environment.

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask between walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and quotes.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.
• Packaging, wholesale, or inventory experience is a plus.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Location: Houston, TX
• Position Type: Full-Time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
