After successful completion you will become a results-driven Inside Sales Representative & join our dynamic sales team or one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective & efficient communication. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ethics and drive, with a passion for exceeding goals and expectations.

Training

• How to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients through proactive communication.
• How to prepare and respond to professional emails, calls, and messages from valuable clients regarding products and services.
• How to utilize Microsoft 365, AI, and other software tools to track opportunities and projects, manage customer interactions, inventory software, and report on sales activities.
• How to collaborate with the marketing team to identify target markets and develop strategies for outreach.
• How to provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• How prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
• How to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Experience Pre Qualifications - None at time of hire

• Applicants will be required to complete a digital literacy assessment prior to commencement of training. Once able to achieve 90% or greater on all modules you will enter the internship and begin training.
