Berith Partners is seeking experienced sales professionals to join our inbound insurance sales team in Englewood, NJ.

Insurance experience is not required. Candidates with a strong sales background who are interested in transitioning into insurance sales are encouraged to apply.

Compensation includes guaranteed compensation of $3,000 per month, plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Position Overview

Our sales representatives speak with consumers who have expressed interest in the insurance products we offer. This is an inbound sales position with no cold calling and no requirement to purchase leads.

Sales representatives are responsible for understanding the customer's needs, explaining available insurance options and completing the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from interested consumers
• Build rapport and identify customer needs
• Explain available insurance products and coverage options
• Complete insurance applications
• Follow established sales and compliance procedures
• Follow up with prospective customers as needed
• Maintain accurate and professional customer communications

Compensation

• Guaranteed $3,000 per month
• Commissions on sales
• Performance bonuses
• Bi-weekly commission advances

• Additional commission and bonus earnings are based on individual sales production and are not guaranteed

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and their families
• Ability to build rapport and close sales
• Motivated and dependable
• Coachable and able to follow an established sales process
• Active Health & Life Insurance license preferred but not required

Candidates who are not currently licensed must obtain the appropriate insurance license before selling insurance. Berith Partners can provide information and guidance regarding the licensing process.

Work Location & Availability

This is an in-office position at our Englewood, New Jersey location.

Sales opportunities are available Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with additional opportunities available during extended weekday hours and Saturdays.

Independent Contractor Classification

This position is offered on a 1099 independent contractor basis and is not a W-2 employee position.

Compensation consists of guaranteed compensation of $3,000 per month, plus commissions and performance bonuses. Commission and bonus earnings vary based on individual sales production.

Berith Partners provides inbound sales opportunities. Representatives are not required to purchase leads or make an investment to participate in the position.
