Inside Sales Representative - Remote (Base + Commission)

You run demos and close deals from provided leads, earn an hourly base while you ramp, and earn uncapped commission on every sale.

What we provide:

• A small hourly base so you earn while you build momentum.

• Warm and provided leads (trade-show exhibitors and inbound interest). No cold list to build.

• Full training, a proven pitch, a short demo, scripts, and a CRM. Full product walkthrough during onboarding.

What you'll do:

• Work provided leads by phone, email, and video.

• Run a quick demo, handle objections, and close.

• Log outcomes and follow up to keep deals moving.

What you earn:

• Hourly base of $12 per hour.

• Plus 20% commission on every sale you close (roughly $100 to $600 per deal depending on package).

• Plus 10% on renewals within the first 12 months on accounts you sold.

• On-target $12 to $30 per hour blended, uncapped. Top closers earn well above that.

You are a great fit if you:

• Have inside sales, SaaS, or B2B closing experience.

• Run tight demos over phone and video and follow up relentlessly.

• Can work US business hours and are authorized to work in the United States.
