LifeSource Water Systems, the fastest growing residential water treatment company in the US, is seeking highly motivated **Bilingual (Spanish)**Phone Sales Representatives to work from home and join our elite, high-performing team.

What will you earn:

· Our Inside Sales team members are expected to earn a minimum of $150,000 per year through weekly commissions and monthly incentives.

· Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs.

· Top Producers earn over $200k.

Requirements

• Excellent phone sales experience.
• A positive attitude, with a high level of confidence.
• A minimum of 4 years inside sales experience.
• A team player who appreciates a positive culture.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Excel.
