Warm leads. No cold prospecting. Real sales.

Customers come to us when they're actively shopping for home, auto, umbrella, internet, cable, electricity, home security and other personal home services. Your job is to understand their needs, guide them through their options, and help them make a confident buying decision.

Insurance or utility experience is not required. Strong sales skills are. We'll teach you the utility or insurance business.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for home services
• Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs
• Explain options in a clear, easy-to-understand way
• Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
• Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution
• Cross-sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value
• Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking

This is a high-activity inside sales role. Expect steady lead flow, daily activity goals, and measurable performance expectations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Coachable and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable working toward goals and performance expectations
• Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
