Inside sales/ Sales support/ Customer Service

• Deliver high-quality customer service and achieve monthly sales fulfilment targets.
• Handle RFQs and prepare customer quotations, including web-based enquiries.
• Manage end-to-end order processing and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Prepare and process billing and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate and manage customer rescheduling and delivery requests.
• Handle customer complaints and claims, including RMA, delivery issues and other order discrepancies.
• Process and maintain customer contracts, forms and related documentation.
• Coordinate the fulfilment and delivery of product samples, catalogues and marketing materials.
• Prepare regular performance and customer complaint reports.
• Support customer visits and other customer service activities.
• Participate in internal meetings and stock-taking activities.
• Handle incoming customer calls within the required response time.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support or Sales Coordination.
• Experience handling RFQs, quotations, order processing, billing and delivery coordination.
• Able to manage customer enquiries, complaints, RMA, claims and delivery issues professionally.
• Good understanding of order fulfilment and inventory/stock coordination.
• Experience working closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in electronics, manufacturing, industrial or B2B environments would be an advantage.
