Inside Sales (Shanghai)

该职位来源于猎聘 Responsibilities:  Maintain customer information and inquiry/quotation records and statistics, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in the Salesforce system. Compile and analyze sales data to generate relevant reports, providing decision-making support to management.

 Receive customer inquiries and assist sales representatives in verifying the accuracy and completeness of inquiry information. Collaborate with international teams or directly quote prices to customers, follow up on quotation results, and maintain records. Finalize sales contracts, oversee their execution, and ensure timely delivery.

 Work with sales representatives to address customer inquiries, including product information, pricing, and delivery timelines. Handle customer complaints, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.

 Review sales contracts received from customers to ensure compliance with company policies. Responsible for archiving and managing sales-related documents.

 Prepare materials for sales meetings, such as PowerPoint presentations and data reports. Assist the sales team in organizing events, such as trade shows.

 Act as a bridge between sales and departments such as production, finance, and logistics, ensuring efficient collaboration across all stages. Coordinate resources to support the sales team in achieving performance goals.

 Travel arrangements for headquarter staff visiting China and complete other tasks assigned by leadership. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for candidates with academic background in mechanical processing or metal materials.

 At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in mechanical manufacturing or the metal raw materials industry.

 Native Chinese speaker with fluent English communication skills and good writing capability.  Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AI software is a plus.
