We are building a modern, data-driven commercial team. The Inside Sales role is critical to generating new business leads and accelerating Snibe’s growth in Brazil.

Position Overview

We are looking for organized, communicative and analytical professionals to conduct proactive lead generation, lead qualification and back-office support for field sales colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end operational support to all distribution partners
• Serve as the primary liaison with our headquarters team in China
• Deliver nationwide telephone support to Snibe customers
• Source new clients via phone, email and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualify incoming sales opportunities
• Schedule business meetings for field Sales Executives
• Maintain and update the CRM database
• Develop targeted outbound prospecting campaigns
• Track and analyze commercial KPIs
• Collect and compile market intelligence
• Assist with product launches and marketing activities

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline
• Previous inside sales or field sales experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools
• Advanced English proficiency
