Inside Sales Specialist

• Products: Pre-Engineered Building Construction, Structural Engineering & Fabrication, Industrial Ventilation and Wind Driven Roof Top Turbo Ventilators, Biogas Plant, Organic Waste Composters & Renewable Energy Solutions.
• This is a tele sales and sales support role.
• Leads will be provided.
• Tele calling these leads and qualifying them by evaluating customer needs.
• Taking these leads to the next level of proposal
• Drafting the proposal and following up on the same
• Set up meetings with potential clients if the deal size is big or complex.
• Collaborate with field sales and technical team members.
• Updating the social media pages of the company.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to draft commercial proposals (template will be provided)
• Proven experience in Inside Sales / Tele Sales or relevant role preferably dealing with industrial products.
• Need to have good communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi and Bengali.
• Sound knowledge in computer application and MS Office
• Passion for sales with a results-driven approach
