Inside Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for someone to be responsible for contacting leads to explain and sell our

products and services.

Your work life:

• Contact prospective customers to pitch our products.
• Understand and able to explain product selling points.
• Listen and understand the customer’s requirements and propose a suitable solution.
• Key in and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Ensure the company’s brand and identity are adhered to in the communications.

To be considered, you’ll need:

• Able to speak fluent English & Mandarin.
• Highly energetic, positive and persuasive personality.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
