Inside Sales Specialist (IT)

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to generate qualified leads, acquire new clients, and manage the complete sales cycle to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Apollo, cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify potential clients and business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
• Conduct client discussions and understand business requirements.
• Prepare proposals and present suitable IT solutions to prospects.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and project requirements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly lead, sales, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Business Development.
• Experience in B2B IT services sales preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IT services such as Web, Mobile, Software, AI/ML, SaaS, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
