Inside Sales Supervisor

Your Job As an Inside Sales Supervisor , you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives and support Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll oversee order management, ensure compliance with company standards, and drive continuous improvement in processes and customer programmes.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coach a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve performance goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers through timely and effective communication.
• Oversee order lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Drive improvements in customer programmes and internal processes using data insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and maintain service level agreements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within sales or customer service.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred.
• Experience in optical connectivity or related industry.
• Proven track record of improving processes and driving team performance.
• Familiarity with customer portal management and reporting tools.
