As our Inside Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing our inside sales team, driving sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coach a team of inside sales representatives, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to help them achieve their sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet and exceed sales goals
• Monitor and analyse sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise sales processes and improve team performance
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and lead by example to inspire your team
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience and support
• Contribute to the development of sales policies, procedures and best practices
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline and forecasting

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or management role, preferably in the retail or B2B sales environment
• Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a high-performing inside sales team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills to effectively lead and develop your team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address sales challenges
• Proficient in using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Passion for sales and a customer-centric approach
