Internal Sales Support

Based in Austria

A diversified group in the plastics processing industry, with a clear focus on growth in the European plastic pipe markets. With 4 production plants across Europe, manufacturing PE, PVC, PP, pipes and accessories they can cover a vast range of requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing price calculations and complete quotations
• Managing projects from the first request to completion
• Support for Austrian customers and back up for Germany
• Handling online tenders
• Ordering & Delivery Logistics
• Ordering traded goods
• Organising and coordinating deliveries on time
• Providing advice and support to our customers by phone
• Maintaining customer and project data in the CRM system
• Preparing technical documents (product and safety data sheets)

Your profile:

• Very good spoken and written German and English
• Good technical understanding and willingness to learn about our products
• Confident use of Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
• A team-oriented, responsible and independent way of working
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
