Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Assist with order processing, quotes, and invoicing
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Provide product information and assist customers in finding the right solutions
