Inside Sales Support Specialist (Data Operations and Order Processing)

About the Role
Arbcentrix is hiring an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support a global industrial technology company. This role is focused on high-volume data entry, order processing, and sales operations support, ensuring accuracy across multiple systems.

You will play a key role in maintaining customer data integrity, processing orders, and supporting the daily operations of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain customer and order data across internal systems
• Process purchase orders with a high level of accuracy and completeness
• Create and update quotations based on pricing guidelines
• Register new product part numbers and maintain system records
• Track orders, shipments, and inventory status across platforms
• Assist in processing returns, credit memos, and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or sales operations support
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Experience handling high-volume data or transactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (filters, sorting, formulas; VLOOKUP is a plus)
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
• Highly organized, methodical, and comfortable following structured processes
• Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or ERP systems (e.g., Sage500)
• Background in inventory, logistics, or order management
• Experience in quality assurance or data validation

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
