Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support.
• Identify new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4 -8 years of experience in Key Account Management or related field (e.g., Client Account Management).
• Proven track record of success in managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of Key Client Management principles, including relationship building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
