You’ll be handling mostly inbound enquiries typically from IT Managers, Facilities Managers, Procurement teams, and Electricians who are looking for UPS solutions, sometimes calling multiple companies for urgent solutions so your ability to look after the caller and provide the right solution TIMELY is imperative.

Your focus will be on handling and closing opportunities that can be closed same-day/within a week with your good follow up, and you’ll be referring leads with more complex requirements to Account Managers who will spend more time to understand and tailor the right solution.
