Inside Sales/Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries (calls and emails)
• Prepare quotes for residential and commercial projects
• Follow up with customers and on projects
• Coordinate installations with the technical team
• Keep customer information up to date

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or sales
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files
• Experience with Sage CRM (mandatory)

Structure

This position acts as an assistant to the Sales Manager and reports directly to them.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
