Inside Sales/Customer Service

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to support business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and sales performance tracking. This role is well suited for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a proactive approach to outreach and relationship building. The selected individual will help identify opportunities, maintain accurate sales data, and contribute to revenue goals by supporting the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales activity and pipeline data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective customers, assess interest, and develop leads for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within the company CRM system and track progress across the sales process.

• Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support business decisions and revenue planning.

• Coordinate with internal teams to assist with quotations, purchase order processing, and customer follow-up.

• Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide updates, and strengthen ongoing business relationships.

• Support lead management efforts by nurturing prospects and helping move promising opportunities toward conversion.

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales analysis, inside sales, business development, or a related commercial support role.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support revenue-focused sales activities.

• Experience preparing sales reports and interpreting data to guide business actions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce for managing customer and pipeline information.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Working knowledge of purchase orders, sales support processes, and follow-through on customer requests.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
