Job Function

• Provide expert product knowledge and handle complex customer questions and problems
• Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and formal sales orders
• Enter, proof, and confirm customer orders in the system
• Communicate delivery timelines based on production schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs
• Open new customer accounts and manage required documentation
• Support customers with product knowledge and responsiveness
• Make outcalls to source new business or re-establish business contacts with existing customers
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with quotes, purchase orders, and numbers
• Comfortable with phone communication, including making outgoing calls to vendors and customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Typing speed of 45-65 WPM
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and dependable
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $27.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
