You’llwork closely with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document equipment/component failure rates. After completing the onboarding process,you’ll also have anopportunity to earn all Commercial Food Service Equipment Service Association (CFESA) certifications!

A Typical Day

• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipmentinformation and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner
• Utilize equipment manuals,wiring diagrams, and parts listingsto diagnose and resolve equipment issues
• Maintainallcustomer call information intoa company database to better assist future inquiries

• You have experiencein electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC(or relevant training/schooling)
• Youare fluent in English andhave excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You’re confident using a computer and navigatingprograms such asMS Word & Outlook
