Flexiple

Insights Analyst
A US-headquartered product company scaling its India insights team
Location:
Remote (India)
The Gap This Role Closes
A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India insights team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an analyst who can do more than produce reports — someone who reads a pile of usage data, survey responses, and market research and comes back with an actual point of view on what the business should do next. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
The company already has data. What it is short of is someone willing to commit to a recommendation instead of handing back a chart and letting the room decide.
What You'll Own
<ul>
<li>Pull together product usage data, customer research, and competitive signals into a single, coherent view of what is happening and why</li>
<li>Turn ambiguous questions from product and leadership into a research plan, and the research plan into a specific recommendation</li>
<li>Present findings to stakeholders who will push back, and defend the recommendation on its merits, not just the data behind it</li>
</ul>
How You'll Operate
<ul>
<li>Partner with product, marketing, and strategy teams to understand what decision an analysis needs to unblock before you start it</li>
<li>Build repeatable frameworks for the questions that come up quarter after quarter, instead of starting from zero each time</li>
<li>Flag when the data does not support a clean answer, rather than forcing one</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
2 to 6 years in research, analytics, insights, or strategy, with a track record of turning data into a recommendation someone acted on — not just a deck someone read. Strong analytical instincts, comfort with ambiguity, and the writing skill to make a complex finding land in three sentences. Working knowledge of SQL, Excel or Sheets, and at least one BI tool.
Nice to Have
<ul>
<li>Experience at a product or SaaS company specifically, rather than pure market-research or academic research</li>
<li>Exposure to Python or R for deeper analysis</li>
<li>A background in consulting, strategy, or a similarly recommendation-driven role</li>
</ul>
What You'll Gain
<ul>
<li>A seat where your output is a decision, not a dashboard nobody reopens</li>
<li>Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement</li>
<li>Direct visibility into how product and leadership actually use research</li>
</ul>
How We Hire
HR Screening → Case Study Assignment → Team Round → Culture Fit
One application is considered for this role and any future matched openings, so there is no need to apply twice.
