Consumer Insights Manager / Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Industry: Beauty & Personal Care / FMCG / D2C brands

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consumer and market research to understand consumer needs, behaviour and purchase drivers.
• Track market trends, competitors and category developments.
• Analyse consumer reviews, surveys, social listening and market data to identify actionable insights.
• Identify consumer pain points, trends and whitespace opportunities for new products and categories.
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing and NPD teams on product concepts, positioning, communication and launches.
• Develop consumer personas, segmentation and customer journey insights.
• Convert data into clear business recommendations and presentations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 16 years of experience in Consumer Insights / Market Research / Brand Strategy / Marketing Analytics.
• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, D2C or E-commerce preferred.
• Strong analytical, Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint skills.
• Good understanding of qualitative & quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• MBA in Marketing / Consumer Insights / Market Research preferred.
