Insights Modern Trade Assistant Manager

The Insight Modern Trade Assistant Manager is responsible for analyzing sales data, market trends, and shopper behavior within Modern Trade channels to support strategic decision-making. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and trade teams to generate actionable insights that drive growth, improve category performance, and enhance customer engagement in key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for automating dashboards for the modern trade business units using Power BI.
• Analyzes sales data and in store audit data to look for opportunity areas.
• Provides actionable insights and recommendations to support business planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Reports findings to Business Unit Heads and Managers.
• Interfaces with members of the Modern Trade team to determine data needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
• Proficient in Power BI
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to work cross-functionality
